| The caravan has 3 bedrooms, is centrally heated and double glazed throughout. The kitchen is fully fitted with gas cooker , microwave, fridge (plus small freezer section), toaster and usual kitchen utensils.
The living area is open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with a door leading to the bedroom area. The open plan area has circular dining table with two stools. The lounge area is fitted with seating area (part of which makes down to a sofa bed with separate mattress), TV/DVD player and gas fire.
The 3 bedrooms are fully fitted one with double bed and en-suite (toilet and sink), one with twin beds that can be pushed together to make a double and one with bunk beds (top bunk not for use of under 5 years). Duvets and pillows are provided you will need to provide your own bed linen which can be hired from Rockley park on arrival.
The outside area has enough space for parking of two cars. It is in a lovely quiet and secluded spot next to trees and bushes There are two plastic tables and 8 chairs and gas BBQ.
Strictly No smoking, no pets, no same sex groups.
Rockley Park is a 5* holiday park with indoor and outdoor pools, eating areas, kids clubs - entertainment passes can be purchased directly from Rockley Parkl at additional costs. There is also a health club again details can be provided directly from Rockley Park.
A £100 deposit is required for damages and will be returned after 7 days of your departure from the caravan(assuming no damages). £100 to confirm holiday booking is required for each 7 day let with the remainder payable 6 weeks prior to start of your holiday. |
